Our home energy efficiency audit is conducted by an independent third party contractor.

The energy audit consists of a diagnostic HVAC duct system inspection to determine leakage of the heating and cooling system.

The home is measured, current insulation levels are verified, walls are checked for insulation, windows are evaluated for efficiency (i.e. single or dual pane windows), and heating and air conditioning systems are checked for current SEER level, AFUE level and age of models.

The audit is then returned to our office in 7-10 days where our staff will contact the homeowner to schedule an appointment to review energy upgrade recommendations.

At the completion of the energy audit, each homeowner is given a free faucet aerator, 1 low-flow shower head and 5 compact fluorescent light bulbs.
